Obituary of Catherine Law

Catherine Law, of Willingboro, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 9, 2023 at Samaritan Hospice Inpatient Unit, at Virtua Memorial Hospital, Mount Holly. She was 84. She was born in Manhattan, New York, the daughter of the late Nicholas and Mary Benyo. Sister of the late Mary Fingerhut and Nicholas Benyo Jr.

Catherine retired from Verizon in 2000 after 22 years of service. She loved to travel, read her Kindle and spent time with her daughter, grandson and grand-dog Karma. Catherine is predeceased by her loving husband James, her high school sweetheart. Beloved mother of Kathleen, grandmother of Raymond. Mother-in-law to the late James R. Foussadier.

She is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews: William (Susan), Ellen (Mike), Nicole (Steve), Danielle (Daniel), Nicholas, Vincent and Gianna.

Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, September 15,2023, 10:30am at the Corpus Christi R.C. Church, 11 South Sunset Road, Willingboro ,NJ. Relatives and friends may call Thursday, September 14,2023, 6pm – 8pm and Friday morning, 9am – 10am at the Goes – Scolieri Funeral Home, 212 Veterans Parkway, Willingboro, NJ. (609)871-1000.
