Edward W. Albachten, Jr. of Willingboro, NJ, died Thursday, October 4, 2018, at Lourdes Hospital, Willingboro,NJ. He was 87.
He was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. Retired Sgt Major of the US Army. He served over twenty two years. He retired from the Willingboro Post Office as a postman. He was an avid reader and enjoyed playing golf.
He is survived by his Beloved Wife of Sixty Years : Franziska (nee : Wermer) Albachten, Sister-in-Law : Caroline Jihnson, Niece : Anette Rackl, and a host of friends.
Funeral Services and Interment with Full US Army Honors will be held Friday, October 12,2018, 10am at the Brig.Gen.Wm.C.Doyle
