My deepest sympathy to Al, Geralyn, Francine, Gerise, Gerard, Stephen and Kenneth and their significant others and grandchildren. The Smith family was one of the 1st families my parents (Wico and Evie van Genderen) met, when they moved to Willingboro in 1962. Mrs Smith was my godmother. I remember going over their house for barbecues and such when I was a young child and thinking how big their family was with 7 children, as I only came from a family of 3 kids! I remember a lot of laughter in their home. May you Rest in Eternal Peace.

I met Marie when I was very little running around Corpus Christie with my Nan, Peggy McBride. Nan and Mrs. Smith were always doing something for the school/church and she was always in an apron making the most delicious food. She was so kind and sweet and I was very sad to see of her passing. What an amazing lady and she brought back such wonderful memories for me. My deepest sympathy to her children and family. I can't help but think that Nanny and my poppop, Des McBride have greeted her in heaven because they did enjoy a good laugh. RIP Marie you were a special lady.
